If you’ve explored Hint of Happy at all, you know that I’m all about well-being, particularly pertaining to how exercise plays a huge part in it.
The holidays bring about so many stressors and this year, for some, I can’t imagine the weight it’s adding.
Continuing to use exercise to help me manage my stress, anxiety and feel the best version of myself is important to me. Sharing how to exercise is a passion of mine because I love to see others reach their goals and feel and look great too.
Having the time to sit down and really think out a workout plan for your goals can be overwhelming when you don’t have expansive knowledge of how to progress, what exercises to use, and the frequency or intensity. Having a personal trainer to create a program for you can make all the difference in maximizing a short amount of time and achieving results.
If you’ve never had a personal trainer, you may not know the benefits and what support they can provide you, and now you may be hesitant to even venture to the gym.
In the spirit of wanting to provide a little taste of what it’s like to have a personal trainer and provide you with an opportunity to achieve some of your healthy lifestyle goals over the course of only three and a half weeks, I thought I would design a program to share and that you might like to try out.
