Then number one problem I see, particularly around making healthy lifestyle changes, is that the rewards don’t support the goal.
What I’m talking about is when someone is working towards more healthier eating or losing weight, they choose to celebrate with indulging in a food/beverage that doesn’t support all of the hard work that has been put in place.
